How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
What items can be returned?
Most items can be returned within 30 days. However, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Items without original tags
How do I start a return?
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll provide you with return instructions.
Exchanges
Can I exchange my item for a different size or color?
Yes! Email us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll help you exchange your item, subject to availability.
How long does an exchange take?
Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your exchange within 3-5 business days. You'll receive tracking information once your exchange ships.
Refunds
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Will I be refunded for shipping?
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective item?

We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective items.
